In 1998, Pn. Nazira Bibi opted out via VSS from HSBC Bank, Ipoh Branch to become a full time housewife. However, later that year she discovered that her eldest daughter was unable to coupe with her primary school studies and decided to teach her on her own. After doing a comprehensive research through books and internet, she was introduced to the "Smart Reader English Programme".

Through this programme, various courses and her ability to tutor, her daughter managed to improve in her studies significantly and this became a topic of conversation among her friends and her daughter's teachers who requested her to teach their children. Hence, she started her home based programme in late 1999. As the number of students grew, she was unable to coupe anymore at her home and that was the beginning of her tutorial centre, "Pusat Bimbingan Visi Cemerlang" at Jalan Kuala Kangsar.

In 2004, students were coming as far as Tambun, Chemor, Bercham, etc. to her centre and many parents requested her to open a branch in Ulu Kinta. Hence, her Taman Perpaduan Branch, Ulu Kinta was set up.

Current status:

To date, Madam Nazira has received notable awards for her achievements in contributing her effort and passion towards striving in eradicating the fear of students in learning English through her own methods based on her many experiences. She has more than a 100 students in kindergarten and a combination of more than 300 students in total from her tuition branches.

Madam Nazira is known for her ability to innovate her ways and methods to suit her various students LEARNING ability as many of the students that she has accepted are students that require more attention compare to others. She considers this as a challenge to be able to cultivate her students and become a successful being and develop the interest in acquiring knowledge.

Therefore, Madam Nazira pays close attention in selecting her teachers and staff in order to be able to meet her requirements and goals. Her teachers and staff share the same goals. Hence, this makes it easier for the execution process to commence in striving the vision she has created together with her passionate team.

Currently, Pusat Bimbingan Visi Cemerlang is opened in 3 branches at:

a) Jalan Kuala Kangsar
b) Taman Perpaduan ( Ulu Kinta)
c) Meru Raya

Tadika Visi Cemerlang consist of 2 branches as each branch caters for specific age group of students at:

a) Jalan Labrooy (4 & 5 years old)
b) Jalan Samsoon ( 6 years old)

Future plans:

Our immediate plan is to improve the quality of education at our centers and kindergarten and hopefully embarking on opening new centers and kindergartens in the near future.A new kindergarten branch will be opening soon near Meru Raya.
